How would you (i.e,) just provide example, where i know that primary law is binding etc., rules, regulations, statute, yes. But, what type of an example, where you're utilizing a secondary source, let's say involving a guy who was falsely accused/being arrested/charged, but the only proof was a crooked detective, with his own axe to grind,(i.e., related to the one falsely accusing the alleged suspect.)Now, i know that where as with primary (I know about that) quite well, however, whereas with such secondary sources do not have to be by statute, binding, rules, regulatory etc., but something about it'll have to be more about persuasive authority. I also understand it has to support however, such legal arguement? Correct? I wait for your example. Please asap. I'll be here, thanks.
