Mauritius has recently witnessed the launching of new and innovative projects in the country. Such projects are managed by the private sector organizations or the public sector, represented by State Owned Enterprises or Government agencies, which are already in existence or created for specific purposes. Managing an organisation requires various skills and the ability to organize various resources. All these tasks must be executed with an understanding of how actions influence the organisation, both internally and externally. Furthermore, the local context requires an organisation to have an efficient system of corporate governance. Besides, integrity and ethical behavior is important in running any organisation. 

You, as the recently appointed CEO of a big organisation, are requested to write a report to the Board, on how you intend to manage the organisation. 

Your report shall include, inter-alia: 

(i) all the factors you must consider, to manage the organisation efficiently

(ii) the principles you would consider, so as to be in compliance with the Code of Corporate Governance of the country. You may refer to any organisation of your choice, in any country.
