May 31, 2016

June 30, 2016

Total assets

$

122,000

$

245,000

Total liabilities

77,000

166,000

I found the answer for this, but I have no idea where the numbers are all coming from.

"An owner makes a contribution of $25,000, he doesn't make any withdraws, what is the net income (loss) for June?"

I took the assets of $245,000 and subtracted the total liabilities of $166,000 to get the equity of $79,000. But how do I get the net loss or gain from an owner contribution of 25,000?
