May i know that the situation involved AR, and should i just stated on s11(b) and concluded that evidence under s11(b) will be admissible for this situation?

I am confusing on s15 in this question as i think that s15 will not be admissible as the M only provide fancy defence which stated that it is the touch n go card faulty. It is neither a accidence defence nor a anticipated defence.
