The bar supervisor has been involved in an altercation with a regular customer, Tony Waterhouse who stays at the hotel on a monthly basis for work. Tony has refused to leave the bar and has threatened to physically assault the bar supervisor. You must deal with the irate guest and the bar supervisor who is involved in the altercation. Tony is staying at the hotel for a week for a conference. He had been dining in the restaurant with a large group which finished at 9:00pm. He then moved to the bar area at 9pm and has been drinking heavily with two other colleagues. The bar supervisor has been serving the group of three since 9:00pm. The bar supervisor has advised the group at 11:30pm that the bar will be closing at midnight and has served a final round of drinks which included three shots of premium vodka and an $80 bottle of champagne. The two colleagues who were quite intoxicated were called a taxi and left the premises.
