MBA 670 The purpose of this project is to design, budget, build, stock, and staff a new TCS Store location in Brazil that will open 10 months from now. This is a big step for TCS because it will be their first international store front. TCS has already acquired the land for the store and as a team we know that typical TCS storefronts are 100,000 square feet with more space for the outdoor garden section. Their parking lots typically handle 200 car spaces and the store usually carries a minimum of 40,000 products from more than 3,000 vendors worldwide
