me rephrase this to sound more professional, Risk Management, to address handing off emails directly to employees and/or looping employee's in on matters that concern other employees (should go directly to HR, who should the send out a direct email to employee, and investigate matter, concerning any type of grievance, as that could be a violation of employees rights, worker comp issue, looked at as shamming, and/or become a grounds for lawsuit against LAHSA being held responsible.)
