Meanwhile Pearl has received news that one of Star's clients; Ocean Sdn. Bhd. was unpleased with the outcome of the interior designs. One of Ocean's director named Ricky posted on on his Facebook the following post "Star Sdn. Bhd. is a company that defrauds its client by providing a below par interior design. Do not carry any business with the company!". Jenny and Penny wants to know if the company can bring an action against Ricky.

To make matters worst, Good Bank has petitioned for a winding up of Star Sdn. Bhd. for defaulting its loan for six consequetive months. It has been discovered that Jenny has yet to fully pay up the shares she had subscribed from Star Sdn. Bhd.
