Develop data collection plan: Develop metrics to measure your projects' success (ensure metrics follow SMART format). In your data collection plan, so you can cover areas related to the identified CTQ characteristics. Consider using surveys, interviews, observation, or any other appropriate data collection methods. Make sure that data collection process is feasible and simple.
