Measure the length of the resultant vector to the nearest mm. Record this value as "Resultant Vector 1."

Step 4: Arrange the vectors from tip to tail in a different order, making sure they point in the same direction.

Step 5: Use the ruler to measure the resultant length to the nearest mm. Record this value as "Resultant Vector 2."

Step 6: Repeat steps 4 and 5 two more times, for a total of four trials recording the vector lengths as "Resultant Vector 3" and "Resultant Vector 4".
