Measurements on call-failures in a Telephone Central Office (TCO) compiled over eight bimonthly data, i=1,2,,6 indicate random values (RVs) with corresponding frequency of occurrence (ni). Relevant assessments done at two independent sites of TCO X and TCO Y and pertinent details are listed below.
