(The percentage values (Cx and Cy ) shown are measures offsets of call-failures with respect to a reference of zero value) Determine the following: (i) Expected average and variance of the RV in each site, [E[x],V(x);E[y],V(y)] (ii) Inter-quartile ranges (IQRs) of the RVs at X and Y. (iii)Average performance of the RVs at X and Y expressed in terms of their approximate GM values (iv)Off-sets of expected mean with respect to median in each case: (Median E[]. (v) Skewness of central tendency of the RV in terms of relevant Pearson coefficient
