Measures Design The next step in our consultation is to use the client responses to our pinpoint questions and the pinpoints created by our senior consultant (Ding Dong's Responses and Final Pinpoints) to determine how to measure each of our pinpoints. IMPORTANT NOTE: The senior consultant has rightly determined that the fourth PPD/pinpoint around server turnover is not an appropriate pinpoint for servers, as overall turnover rates are not under the control of individual servers.
