Measuring the Frequency of a Resonating Tube In the videos, you saw that you can predict the frequency at which a resonating tube will vibrate (and emit sound) by simply measuring the length of the tube. In this experiment, we will be measuring the lengths of several tubes and predicting the frequencies that they will emit. We will then measure the actual resonating frequencies of the tubes using a spectrum analyzer and comparing those measured frequencies to our predicted frequencies.
