Remember a crisis could be considered something impacting the organizations reputation, financial viability, or a health/safety hazard to consumers.    3. How did the public react to the organizations response? Why do you think did they reacted this way?
   4. Did the company respond? Would you consider the organizations response appropriate to the situation? Support your position.
