Medical Research Center

Marwan works as director of external relations at the Cancer Research Center - a non-profit organization interested in conducting research related to cancer and research on cancer and research. The center is dependent on funding it receives from multiple sources, and includes public and individual properties and grants from charitable foundations and community organizations

His team prepared an annual report on the Center's achievements and financial position for submission to the Board of Directors. At the last meeting of the Board of Directors, Board members suggested that the annual report be developed and modified so that it could be used for marketing and advertising purposes. A copy of the following annual report has also been suggested to the Board of Directors to shareholders and supporters of the center, both former and those who target it. The Board considers that this document is necessary to enhance the Center's presence and obtain better financing opportunities due to its pivotal role in the area ofcancer research. The Board also believes that the annual report can be used to clarify the efforts made in the area of Cancer research and the ability to achieve the best use of the exploited resources.

Marwan and his team are required to prepare a brief, simple and easy-to-read annual report in a way that illustrates the benefits of the research carried out by the center and the impact of this research. It is also assumed that the report includes different images of hospitals, clinics and long-term care institutions that use the results of the Center's research. The report will also include testimonies from patients and families who benefit from the Center's research. Although the report should appear attractive, it should contain pictures, diagrams and illustrations in a way that donors and interested community organizations understand.

This is the mission of the Marwan Group, which includes three other members. They should perform some external activities as well as travel to some medical institutions in different regions of the country in order to take pictures and record evidence. The team will also need to arrange the design, print the documents, distribute the tender to many contractors, and provide offers and prices to the board of directors. The center will also need to print about five million copies and send it by mail.

Today is the first of April. The Board requested Marwan attend the following meeting on May 15 to present the detailed plan, schedule, budget, and how to complete the project. The Board of Directors also wishes to send the annual report by post on 15 November until it is received by prospective donors in the holiday season and in the tender condition. The financial year of the Center ends on 30 September, and the financial statements of the Center should be submitted on 15 October. In addition to starting to collect non-financial information and data after the Board of Directors meeting on May 15th.

Fortunately, in the same time, Marwan attends a course in project management in the evening period in one of the training centers in the city in which the city and the city are located. It is known that this project is one of the huge projects, and the Council sets high expectations. That is why Marwan and his team have to make sure that they are able to fulfill, fulfill the Board's expectations and pay them to agree to the budget that they need for this project. In addition, Board members will agree to the budget if they are confident that Marwan and his team have a detailed plan for how to do this. Marwan and his team have six weeks to prepare the plan and present it to the Board of Directors on May 15. If they are approved, they will have six months from 15 May to 15 November to implement the plan and complete the project.
