And I certainly understand not feeling comfortable meeting facetoface with people that you feel have values that are in conflict with your own. Im sure that's hard for everyone.
But I want to assure you that any process we undertake belongs to all the participants jointly. I set guidelines and manage events, but the way we conduct the process is determined by the parties. If something isnt working for people, we can change it I think the hope here is that if you make the effort to overcome the difficulties of working together, you can find a workable solution.
