Meeting virtually. You are an administrative assistant for an insurance company. Your supervisor, Mr. Hinder, wants you to learn the new office budgeting system and the new procedures for basic insurance claim underwriting. You also wonder if these meetings could take place virtually. You know Mr. Hinder does not like to spend money unnecessarily and does not relish the prospect of several months of weekend or overnight travel.
