Meeting virtually You are an administrative assistant for an insurance company. Your supervisor, Mr. Hinder, wants you to learn the new office budgeting system and the new procedures for basic insurance claim underwriting. You know that several other administrative assistants from offices in four cities and two states must also learn the new procedures. It makes sense to you to do this as a team. You also wonder if these meetings could take place virtually. You know Mr. Hinder doesn't like to spend money unnecessarily, and you don't relish the prospect of several months of weekend or overnight travel. Mr. Hinder is accustomed to traditional face-to-face meetings, and he doesn't know much about virtual meetings. Form a team with three or four classmates.
