After watching the video, we learned more about how some powerful people use that power to take advantage to make things that they want. In this documentary, we learned more about some threats to the constitutional government posed by spies or ex$-$generals who tried not to follow the rules. The Constitution of the United States is a source when all government powers provide important limitations to protect the rights of U$.$S$.$ citizens. Those who have the power to control the country make decisions and sometimes take control and end up making decisions that can affect citizens. They abuse their power without caring if someone gets killed because they are just making the decision that can benefit them. In this video, they mention that the United States sent arms to Iran in return for the American hostages in Lebanon, but the president denied it$.$ Meaning that the United States violated the American policy against trafficking with terrorists, but the president was not telling the truth. In my opinion, there have been presidents who do not look after the citizens but they only care about them and what is best for them. But we have also had presidents who care about our country and take the time to make changes that benefit all of us$.$ Most powerful people don't follow the rules and sometimes they violate our laws which is not fair for anyone.
