There are two methods to be evaluated, which are classroom and online training. You received data of a sample of 30 trainees (15 from each training method). Before the training, each trainee is given a proficiency exam and at the end of the training each trainee is given the end-of-training exam. The sampled trainees also provided information on the time they spent studying outside of the classroom. The data collection results are provided to your left. Develop the multiple regression model that best predicts the score on the end-of training exam. Consider the following options: Model 1: all independent variables (proficiency, study time, method coded) included without interaction term Model 2: all independent variables included with interaction term Final Model: only include independent variables that significantly contribute to the model at a .05 level of significance -->provide the analyses outputs in the povided sheets or rename your created sheets accordingly Points possible: 40 For your final model, provide the following information on this sheet: a) Create a residuals versus predicted y plot and analyze all plots. Provide a statement whether the assumptions are met (including why) to achieve valid results from the regression model. Predicted Y Residual PLOT: Answer: b) State the multiple regression equation using the names of your variables instead of x,, etc. (2 decimals) c) Provide the test statistic with its p-value that indicates the significance of the overall multiple regression model (3 decimals) d) Provide the value of the coefficient of multiple determination (2 decimals) and explain its meaning.
