Methodology According to the data we have from the case, the average numbers of calls for each precinct A to F are 6.4 calls/hr, 3.8calls/hr, 2.6calls/hr, 3.4calls/hr, 1.5calls/hr, and 6.6calls/hr. The overall average service for each call is 30mins which means 2 calls/hr.
