Methodology: Data Analysis PlansThe demographic analysis will be carried out with the aim of comparing the demographicvariables. The aim being to find whetherthere is any positive correlation between the variable of interest and the demographic variable.The descriptive statistic will be used to summarize the group data using graphs, charts, anddiscussion of the result. This will play a crucial role of telling the researcher how the data willlook like and the relationship between different variables. The descriptive statistics will,therefore, present the research quantitative description in a form that is manageable.Data analysis plan for study variables the appropriate method for this research will bedetermined by the variable of interest, the data types, the number of cases and the actual variabledistribution (Crosby, et al. 2011). I plan to use descriptive and inferential statistical test as theanalysis strategies. The descriptive strategy will help in summarizing the findings and describingthe sample while inferential statistical test approach will allow the researcher to draw aconclusion using the sample about the entire population. Under inferential statistical testapproach, multiple regression and correlation will be used. Correlation will measure how strongthe relationship between the variables in the research data is, for instance, the researcher willlook into the strength of the relationship between role clarity and work output.
