The project will be divided into the following phases: Initiation: In this phase, the project team will define the project scope, objectives, and key stakeholders. The team will also develop a project charter that outlines the project's purpose and high-level requirements. Planning: In this phase, the project team will develop a detailed project plan that includes a timeline, budget, and resource allocation. The team will also identify potential risks and develop a risk management plan. Execution: In this phase, the project team will implement the project plan by selecting and implementing an appropriate technology solution, training faculty and students on how to use the platform, and developing a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed of project progress. Monitoring and Control: In this phase, the project team will monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. Closure: In this phase, the project team will conduct a post-implementation review to evaluate the success of the project and identify areas for improvement
