"#MeToo" has become the rallying cry of all those (men and women) who have been subjected to sexual harassment as part of their employment. Many victims have kept quiet to avoid retaliation. Retaliation can be subtle, and can also be as insidiousas the harassing behavior. As an employer/supervisor/manager how do you stop this kind of behavior without causing the victim to be subject to retaliation?
