Apply project management planning concepts learned throughout the course including plans for scope, time, budget, resources, quality, risk, communication, and project monitoring.

Instructions
Prepare a comprehensive project management plan for one of the projects from Group Assignments 2 and 3. Submit as a single pdf plus separate Excel file for time-based budget. The plan must include:
