Objective

The purpose of this activity is to provide an opportunity to think critically about how IT systems impact end users. Working in a group you will discuss the impact of systems that you use as part of your studies in this program. You will then assess the impact a service outage of these systems would have on you, the user of these systems. You will then prioritize these systems. In other words, if all three services went down, in what order would you want to see them brought back. You will answer the questions below for each system. You will discuss your answers as a class. Be prepared to be called to present on your answers for any of the systems below.
