Would the social media brings benefits or more harm to the organization?

The answer from the presenter during presentation:

I can say it is beneficial to appoint. Because not all post or comment in social media are positive or review to be popular. But sometimes there would have one or two negative. Sometime negative would be violin in social media which the organization cannot remote on their own. So the organization need to find a balance between the good and the bad by themselves.
