Control

The control process is extremely important. Why? If a manager plans, leads, organizes, and then lacks control - checking in to ensure that everything is going as planned and to learn what improvements need to be made to a plan, then success may be compromised.

For your initial post:

• Describe how you control activities in your own life - work, school, family.
• Discuss how you have made changes to your plans based on the control process.
• As a manager, how can you apply some of these skills in the workplace?
