Question #01: (10 Points) Project Brief: You have been a customer of Algonquin's MGT4108 class for thirteen weeks now and have interacted with other customers like yourself. You have also learned so much about Project Quality Management and have attempted applying the knowledge to a group-selected project. In this assignment, you have an opportunity to demonstrate what you have learned. As a team, spend some time to review: MGT 4108 Course Outline The LMS ( My Campus ) Lecture/Instruction Delivery Methods of Assessment Exercise: Identify other stakeholders of the Algonquin's MGT 4108. Identify at least five key requirements of these customers Using any of the tools you now know how to use as a Quality Management associate: o Analyze these stakeholders and rank them. Do not bother ranking the requirement, only rank the stakeholders. o Analyze the requirements and based on your experience, rank the requirements based on your level of agreement with if a requirement is met or not. Use any ranking matrix you know to present the result of the ranking. Pick the requirement at the bottom that you consider the most unmet: o Use any of the tools you now know about to diagnose the causes of the most unmet expectation. List at least five causes for the unmet requirement. Lastly, use the Force Field analysis to show the opposing forces that have created the topmost unmet expectation. Treat this like an executive brief that can be no more than 1 page of content, but you can cite references and include appendices that are not counted towards your page limit as long as they are referenced in your 1-page Executive Brief. Be sure to show your work. (Feel free to use the midterm Microsoft Word Template for the Executive Summary as an example, please feel free to use this template if you would like, but not mandatory)
