Michael a spoiled boy, age 17, decided to buy a car for 1000$ cash and an apartment on 5 years' installments from Smith. Unfortunately, he wrecks the car one week later. He decided to take it back to the seller and requests to disaffirm the deal and demands all his money back. However, he keeps paying his installments for the apartment.
