Michelle owns a home on Second Line in Sault Ste. Marie. Michelle hates doing yardwork and, due to neglect, her front yard is quite overgrown with weeds. Michelle receives a call from a salesperson at Weed Gardening Services ("Weed") who tries to get Michelle to engage Weed's services. Michelle tells the sales person "No" and hangs up. Later that week Michelle gets home from work and notices that her front yard is weed-free. She finds a bill from Weed on her porch for $300.When Michelle goes into her house she immediately calls Weed and tells their representative that she never asked to Weed performing any service on her property. The Weed representative responds by telling her how much better her front yard looks and says that, because she received the service, she must pay for it. Michelle agrees that her front yard does look better, but tells the Weed representative that she is not going to pay Weed's bill. Does Michelle have to do so?
