towards him to say hello, she did not see the vacuum cleaner that had been carelessly left

in the middle of the lobby by the building cleaner. Michelle tripped over the vacuum

cleaner and fell. She had to be hospitalized at the Gleneagles Hospital with a fractured

ankle and a broken knee.
