Lungs: + Rhonchi bilateral upper lobes, wheeze

O2 Sat = 98%

Ears = TM bulging

Nose = + erythema, yellow discharge

Throat = + erythema, – pustules

Medications: Metoprolol 12.5 mg per day, Glucophage 500 mg twice a day
