Mike Rayez went to work for Titan Realty as a Real Estate agent. His contract he would receive his share of earned commissions after they were collected from the clients by Titan. Rayez found a buyerand negotiated the sale for an Citygate Office Complex.The sales prices was $14.6 million. The seller agreed to pay a 5% commission which was $730,000.The buyer purchased the building for the agreed upon price however the buyer and seller agreed to reduce the commission to $300,000. Rayez, on behalf of Titan objected to the commission reduction.Titan sued the seller for breach of contract and obtained a default judgement.
