Minah is in need of cash so she decided to sell her PS5. She made an offer to Mat to sell her

PS5 for the price of RM4,500-00. Minah told him to let her know if he is interested to buy

before 03.02.2021.

On 02.02.2021, Mat sent a Whatsapp message to Minah and accepted her offer to buy the PS5

but with the price of RM4,000-00 instead of RM4,500-00.

On 04.02.2021, Minah then sold the PS5 to Xiao Mei and Mat found out about it. Mat is

disappointed because Minah breach the contract.

Mat now wants to sue Minah for the breach. Advise Minah.
