3. How is your insurance funded? (I don't need dollar amounts.)
4. In case of a serious accident or illness would your insurance meet your needs? If yes, why. If no, why not.

Remember MediCal is insurance.

Automatic failing grade if you write the following - or anything meaning the following: "My insurance covers everything." "My insurance is free." Regarding your coverage and exclusions, just include some highlights.
