Pick one of areas of comparison in the report: access, process of care, administrative efficiency, equity, or outcomes. Look carefully at the details of the measures used to determine the rankings for the area you choose. (These are found in Appendixes 4-8) Describe how the US ranks on several of these measures compared with two other countries of your choosing. 2. Think about the factors that affect health system design and outcomes as they are described in the videos and readings for the week. Which of these factors do you think helps explain why the US ranks where it does in the example you selected? Or do you think something else helps explain the ranking? 3. Recommend one policy change at the federal or state level that you think will help improve US performance in the area you selected. Defend why you think this policy would be effective
