Misrepresentation and cancellation

a) Frankie Feldman owns and operates several fast-food caravans in Wellington. In each of the following separate situations, determine whether a misrepresentation has been made, and explain how you reached your conclusion.

i. Jorge and Julia are two of Frankies customers deciding what to buy. Jorge tells Julia that the hot dogs are vegetarian. In fact, they contain meat.

ii. Abe orders a sausage sandwich. While she is preparing it, Frankie tells Abe that the onions in the sandwich are organic. In fact, they are not.

iii. Frankie tells David that her hot dogs are the best in New Zealand, maybe even the whole world.
