Miss A was employed as a Cashier at Myezo Spar and commenced with her duties on 01 January 2021 but was subsequently dismissed for theft after a disciplinary inquiry outcome issued to her on 02 September 2021. She is not happy with her dismissal. She referred a dispute to the CCMA and the matter is scheduled as follows:
