Mistake

Chelsea, an aspiring dancer/actress/singer, has not had a job recently and is in need of cash.She decides to sell some of her costumes and other memorabilia in a yard sale to raise money.All of the costumes are on a rack, which has a sign that says "Any costume, $30." Chelsea inadvertently included the costume she wore to do the cha cha on the television show, Dancing with the Unknowns.Although Chelsea was eliminated in the first week of the show, because of the popularity of the show, the costume probably would have sold for at least $1,000 on E-bay.

Myra, who has no idea who Chelsea is and has never watched Dancing with the Unknowns, buys the costume for $30 at the yard sale.Chelsea later realizes what she has done and sues Myra for rescission of the contract.
