2 year contract for sum of model salary $800,000 broken into fortnightly payments

contract was signed on 1st of jan 2024

model received funds on 9th jan and 23 jan

it is now 9th feb and model has not received salary.

the model alerted the agency that she has been contacted by another agency and offered a contract and that she will go with them if she is not paid.
