Data includes information about square footage, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, neighborhood, whether or not the house has central heating, etc. A complete description of all variables in the dataset can be found in the file AmesDataDocumentation.pdf on Canvas. For this project, we want to determine whether having Central Air significantly im- pacts the price of a house. The variable SalePrice is the response. The variable Central. Air is the main predictor of interest.
