This week complete & submitting the entire Trial Brief.

1. Develop the conclusion section of your Trial Brief. The conclusion section of your Trial Brief is a request for what action you want the judge to take. This section should be very brief. Summarize the highlights of your argument. You do not have to include any citations in this section. At the very end, reiterate what you are asking the court to do. This section could be as short as one sentence, but no more than a half a page.
2. Identify the exhibits for use at trial within your trial brief. Although you will not be gathering and labeling the items, identify and list the exhibits you would present to the court for this case in an Appendix.
3. Finalize the Trial Brief. Finish making any changes to previous submissions based on feedback provided by your instructor. Combine all sections of the Trial Brief into its final format.

Remember: best work as this is not only a great assignment but also a great representation of your learning to be included in your portfolio for a job interview.
