Concerning the change, identify key stakeholder groups. Select two of the stakeholder groups and develop a comprehensive communication plan to announce the change, communicate the change goals, communicate the plan of action and how the change will be implemented. The communication plan should recognize potential resistance likely from each of the two stakeholder groups, and provide communication planning to sustain and institutionalize the change. Post an initial, substantive response by Thursday at 11:59 p.m. MT and respond to 2 or more peers with substantive responses by Sunday at 11:59 p.m. MT.
