At a time when our communities are experiencing charged dynamics around societal events, political shifts, and racial and religious polarization, it is more important than ever that leaders have the mindsets, skill sets and tool sets necessary for responsive leadership that drives strategies for advancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Consider that you are a leader within your organization. Based upon your own self-assessment of the organization you have implemented a task force to focus on civility, diversity and inclusion. You have a goal of establishing a healthy work environment.

What plan of action could you develop to foster civility, diversity and inclusion? Provide clear examples of your plan, what a healthy work environment "looks and feels like" and your role as a leader in success of your organization.
