A strong organizational culture is reinforced by good leaders through a variety of actions. As stated by William Craig, a specialist in corporate culture, "They're observant enough to take in even the subtlest details about their work environment, including employee behavior, concerns about morale, and opportunities to make improvements in company processes" (Craig, 2018). Leaders can proactively address problems and promote a culture of continuous improvement by engaging in this discipline of careful observation.

These behaviors are very significant because they foster a culture of empowerment, inclusivity, and collaboration. As Craig points out, managers who actively seek feedback from all staff members, regardless of rank, and who place less emphasis on titles are more likely to "understand the value of a flatter company structure and the benefit of fielding suggestions and feedback from people who don't have a powerful-sounding title pasted into their email signature" (Craig, 2018). This strategy fosters a healthy work environment and improves overall organizational performance by creating a space where each person's voice is respected.
