Module Project: How Can Statistics Help You in Life and Your Career?

In this project, you will be reflecting on how you can use what you have learned about statistics in this module in your future career and in your life. You will need to do some outside research to discover how the concepts in this module apply to your future career.

If you are not sure what specific career you plan to pursue, pick one for the sake of this project.

Make sure you use accurate, reliable sources when doing this research and include a list of sources you use in your submission!

For this project, you need to include the following information:

1. What specific career field are you using for the purposes of this assignment? Briefly describe the career field.
2. How is statistics used in that specific career field?
3. How will your knowledge of statistics help you in life outside of work and school?
4. Two example statistics: one that relates to your future career area and one that relates to your life, and an explanation of how they relate to your career and life.
   • Do some research to find statistics that are relevant to your future career and to your life.
   • Remember to include both statistics, an explanation of how each statistic relates to your career and life, and where you got the statistics!
