Monica is a minority stockholder of ABC Savings and Mortgage Bank. On August 20, 2020, she filed a complaint before the Pasay RTC which was raffled to Branch 10. Monica complaint alleged that Pedro and Juan who are both directors of the ABC Savings and Mortgage Bank for committing a violation of the Corporation Code, specifically Violation of Section 31 to 34 of the Corporation Code which prohibit self-dealing conflicts of interests of directors and officers. Because of the said violation, the bank mention above can be considered as engaging in unsafe, unsound and fraudulent banking practices that have eopardized the welfare of the Bank, its shareholders, who includes among others, Monica, and depositors. Pedro and Juan filed their answer raising, among others, the trial court's lack of jurisdiction to take cognizance of the case. They alleged that the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has jurisdiction. Should the case filed by Monica in RTC Pasay be dismissed because it has no jurisdiction over the case? Why or why not?
