Monitor and review coaching strategy.

 Assume that it is 3 months since the coaching strategy commenced and you have requested all coaches and trainees involved in the coaching program to complete the Feedback Form you developed as part of the Coaching Guide. 

Review the Feedback Summary of Coaching Relationships documents collated from feedback forms provided to coaches and trainees. 

Develop a Coaching Strategy Monitoring and Review Report that addresses:

•Progress of coaching strategy

•Analysis of coaching outcomes for individual staff members

•Analysis of coaching outcomes for staff collectively

•Additional opportunities for coaching as per the analysis of the feedback provided

•Highlighting positive contributions that particular staff members have made to coaching activities so as to recognise and acknowledge these. 

•Evaluation of the coaching strategy to date, including recommendations for improvement.
