b. Sales price is $70 per unit.
c. All sales are on credit. 40% of sales amounts are collected in the month of sale and 60% in the following month.
d. Ending finished goods inventory equals 20% of the next month's unit sales
e. Ending raw materials inventory equals 10% of the following month's raw materials production needs.
f. Each finished good produced requires 5 pounds of raw materials. Raw materials cost $2 per pound.
g. Direct labor wage rate is $15 per hour. Each unit of finished goods produced requires two direct labor hours.
